Mission Statement of the Institute of the Most Holy Rosary
Inaugurated on Holy Saturday (Black Saturday), April 4, 2026
On this solemn day when the Church keeps vigil at the tomb of the Lord, contemplating His descent among the dead and awaiting the dawn of the Resurrection, the Institute of the Most Holy Rosary is formally established as a Marian teaching sanctuary for the renewal of faith in our time.
Holy Saturday is the day of silence, hope, and hidden victory—the day when the world appears abandoned, yet Mary remains the steadfast sanctuary of faith. In this spirit, the Institute embraces its mission to:

Lead souls into the Paschal Mystery through the contemplative power of the Most Holy Rosary, where the faithful learn to see every sorrow, trial, and joy in the light of Christ’s saving work.

Form missionary disciples and catechists who, like Mary on Holy Saturday, hold firm to the promises of God and become witnesses of hope in a world overshadowed by confusion and unbelief.

Advance authentic Catholic teaching rooted in Scripture, Tradition, and the Magisterium, and illuminated by the prophetic message of Fatima for the conversion of sinners and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.

Promote a life of prayer, penance, and Eucharistic devotion, preparing hearts to receive the grace of renewal that flows from Christ’s Resurrection.

Serve as a spiritual refuge and school of perseverance, where the faithful learn to wait with Mary, trust with Mary, and rise with Christ through Mary.
Founded on Holy Saturday, the Institute stands in the quiet but unshakable faith of the Blessed Virgin Mary—the faith that bridges the darkness of the tomb and the glory of Easter morning.
The Institute of the Most Holy Rosary exists so that, through Mary’s maternal guidance, the Church and the world may rediscover the hope, truth, and transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Beloved child of Mary,
Heaven is calling for souls who will stand with Our Lady at this decisive hour in history— souls who will help her save the world through the Most Holy Rosary.
The Institute of the Most Holy Rosary now opens its doors to Founding Members, chosen souls who recognize the urgency of Fatima and desire to take their place in Heaven’s plan for the conversion of sinners, reparation for sin, and the salvation of souls.
This is not simply an enrollment. It is a vocation within a vocation— a summons from the Immaculate Heart of Mary to help her bring Christ’s mercy to Asia and to the world.
🌹 A Founder Shares in Heaven’s Work
Founding Members unite themselves to the three great works by which God draws souls to Himself:
1. Prayer — the Heart of the Mission
Daily Rosary, intercession for sinners, and acts of reparation that console the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and open the floodgates of grace upon the world.
2. Teaching — forming apostles of the Rosary
Proclaiming the Gospel, teaching the virtues of Christ contained in the Mysteries, and forming families, youth, and communities in the truths of the Catholic faith.
3. Charity — love made visible
Serving the poor, uplifting the suffering, and performing works of mercy so that the compassion of Christ becomes a living witness in Asia and beyond.
Through these three means—prayer, teaching, and charity—Founders help Our Lady rescue souls who are far from God and lead them to the Divine Mercy of Jesus Christ.
